Coming soon to your phone

One plan for all your training.

Training programs that go with your flow.

Flogram builds your running plan around the sports you already play, then adapts it to what your watch records. Play 95 min of hard tennis on Tuesday and Wednesday’s tempo becomes an easy 6 km, with a one-line reason why.

Buy it once. It’s yours.

No monthly fee to keep your plan going. Flogram is an app that does its work on your phone, so there’s no account of ours you have to keep paying for. If we add extras later, like syncing between devices, they’ll be optional.

The core idea

Your other sports are training too.

Most plans pretend your Tuesday tennis doesn’t exist. Flogram reads it off your watch, counts the load and reshapes the days around it. Every change comes with one plain sentence, and an undo.

Tennis · 95 min · hard

Wednesday’s tempo becomes an easy 6 km. Tempo moves to Thursday.

Football · 70 min · moderate

Saturday’s strides are dropped. Sunday’s long run stays as planned.

Climbing · 2 h · hard

Tomorrow’s gym session skips pulling work and keeps the legs.

Strength, built around your sports

Gym sessions for the gym you have.

Tell Flogram it’s dumbbells, a cable machine and a bench, and every session fits. 30–40 minutes, supersets to save time, and a one-line form cue for each move. Play tennis and you get more lateral and rotation work; climb and it goes easy on pulling.

Questions

When can I get it?

We’re testing Flogram with a small group now. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when it’s ready to download. That’s the main email you’ll get from us.

What will it cost?

There’s no subscription. You’ll pay once for the app and it’s yours. We’ll share the price before launch, so you know before you decide.

Does Flogram record my runs?

No, your watch does. Flogram builds the plan, sends the next sessions to your watch and reads back what you actually did.

Which watches will work?

Garmin first. Amazfit, COROS and Apple Watch are planned. Without a supported watch you can still mark sessions done or import a .fit, .gpx or .tcx file.

What happens if I skip a session?

Flogram rebalances the rest of the week. It never piles extra running on to make up for a missed day.

Where does my training data go?

Flogram is being built so your plan and workouts live on your phone. No ads, no third-party trackers, and we never sell or share your data.
